Shipping & returns

Thank you for shopping at the Pants Online Store. We strive to provide you with the best possible shopping experience. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please review the following guidelines for returns:

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the 30-day return window. You can reach us through email pants.copenhagen@gmail.com.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will then guide you through the return process.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and any other items that came with the product. Remember to add the Packing Slip. If you don’t have it, reach us through email pants.copenhagen@gmail.com.

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
  • Retain the shipping receipt and tracking information until the return process is complete.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that shipping costs (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

  • At the moment we sadly don’t exchange the return item(s) for a different size, color, or product. Simply put in a new order if you wish for another item.
